影片講述了一位24小時輪班、忙碌、勞累過度、幾乎精疲力竭的急救員的故事。Randy是一名急救員，他因工作過度疲憊，甚至想辭職。在他最后一天的工作中，他的主管Shanice安排了一位學生Jessica陪他一起上崗。Randy的急救搭檔Mike也加入了他的行列。Randy的最后一天充滿了冒險——但對他和Mike來說，這只是辦公室里普通的一天。

After serving two years on a military outpost in the middle of an ocean – four soldiers are waiting for a new crew to replace them. When the long-awaited boat finally appears, it’s empty with no relief on board.
