阿king（劉德華 飾）當年因出千被捕，事實上他是被人陷害的。出獄時他為他接風的是崇拜他已久的化骨龍（張家輝 飾），化骨龍是個終日無所事事的人，希望能跟著king有所作為。出獄后的king到處尋找已懷孕的妻子（張慧儀 飾），與當日的得力助手（張錦程 飾）， 后來King與化骨龍妹妹晴（朱茵 飾）產(chǎn)生了好感。 King得到Rocky（吳志雄 飾）的幫助上了賭船，碰見了多年前便想交手的馬交文（高捷 飾），king想與之一決高低，卻遭到馬交文的手下省鏡（李子雄 飾）陷害，揭開了king的底細更想進一步迫害king，king又能否躲過劫數(shù)呢？
