周里京,何麟,高穎,潘婕,黃達亮,談鵬飛,譚增衛(wèi),陳偉國故事發(fā)生在抗戰(zhàn)時期的上海。天龍會首領(lǐng)肖潔榮（談鵬飛 飾）委婉推辭日本陸軍總部要其出任親日同盟會長職務(wù)，隱退江湖。冷亦嘯（周里京 飾）號稱天龍會第一槍手，他抵制日本人的倒行逆施，暗中與肖潔榮的獨生女肖嵐（高穎 飾）相好。董浩然（何麟 飾）覬覦會長職位，又貪肖嵐美色，他唆使肖潔榮把冷亦嘯從天龍會中逐出。不久，肖嵐委身董浩然，心灰意冷的冷亦嘯在記者陳麗娜（潘婕 飾）推薦下，為他人做私人保鏢。肖潔榮悔不該當初趕走冷亦嘯，差肖嵐相請遭拒。肖潔榮日后遭殺害，冷亦嘯中伏擊幸遇陳麗娜相救，他在激戰(zhàn)中打死董浩然。在日本人為慶?！绑胗媱潯鲍@得成功時，冷亦嘯幽靈般出現(xiàn)......
