搖滾萬萬歲

　　1982年，英國傳奇重金屬樂隊(duì)Spinal Tap搖滾樂團(tuán)紅極一時(shí)。電影導(dǎo)演馬蒂（羅伯·萊納 Rob Reiner 飾）是Spinal Tap樂團(tuán)的一位忠實(shí)粉絲。Spinal Tap樂團(tuán)要來美國舉行一次復(fù)出巡演，馬蒂則為Spinal Tap樂團(tuán)拍攝隨行紀(jì)錄片。本部仿紀(jì)錄片刻意杜撰出一個(gè)英國搖滾樂團(tuán)Spinal Tap，活靈活現(xiàn)的刻畫出了搖滾樂團(tuán)臺(tái)上臺(tái)下表里不一的嘴臉，對(duì)當(dāng)代搖滾樂做出了尖銳的諷刺和嘲諷?！　”酒闪_伯·萊納自編自導(dǎo)自演之作。影片中的電影音樂均由演員們親自演奏創(chuàng)作而成。

　　Following her mother’s death, manga artist Soriya travels to her ancestral home in Phnom Penh, with hopes of reconnecting with her distant family and using the visit as inspiration for her work. All goes well initially. Renting an apartment in Metta, a rundown Khmer Rouge-era housing complex, her visit to her maternal relatives finds her welcomed with open arms. But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present.　　Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.
